  • You can go to the shop – order – and fill out the “Billing Form” to register there.
  • You can go to Member login and register by going to the SHOP
  • It is important to write down your login and password, or screen print the page for future reference.
  • Once you register an account and profile page is created for you.
  • The bubble in the upper right hand corner of the website (where you can put your own image) will get you there.
  • The course you ordered is found under profile>courses
  • In your account click on profile and the courses you ordered will be there.
  • Our courses are best taken on a computer, but can be taken on tablets and your phone.
  • The best browsers to use are Google, Microsoft Edge, Firefox. Safari will work but may have issues with downloading PDF’s.
  • Javascript should be current
  • Change browsers if you are  having issues. Often just clearing your cookies will help.
  •  If your having trouble getting started contact us by chat.
  • If you are already registered, your courses will display in the profile in your account.
  • Your account is found when you click the bubble in the right hand corner of the website. If the bubble is not there, you will need to login to access your profile in account.
  • If you get stuck in the cart, click the Logo in the left hand upper corner of the page and it will take you to the home page.
  • If you are registering by going to the shop first, you may have to login to get to your account. No bubble, then log in.
  • You will need a credit or debit card to enroll.
  • If you do not use them, you can get a prefill card and use this to purchase a course.
  • We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
  • Pre-payment is required for all purchases.
  • Refunds are available within 72 hours. If you have already started the course there is no refund.
  • Once you register and purchase a course it is available immediately in your profile.
  • All course work is embedded in the course.
  • Some courses may require onsite work and uploading documents and artifacts. Such as courses that include a Practicum. This will be listed in the course description in the Shop.
  •  You can stop working on your course and return to complete it on your own schedule. As you complete a topic it will be noted in the sidebar list so you know where you left off.
  • Certificates are available immediately after successfully completing and passing the final quiz. Except for State or Nationally required courses. Certificates will be email after validating coures completion.
  • Certificates will be posted in your profile to download or print at your convenience for annual training courses.
  • No books to buy and nothing is mailed. Though we may suggest other resources to support that may support the topic.
  • Our current courses are in English only.
  • We will post an update when we have other languages available.
  • Nope, all of the coursework you will need is available online.
  • Yes!
  • Each time we add a course it will be FREE for the first week it is available
  • Happy Birthday! Our present to you is a free course in your birthday month. Validation is required. Contact us for the coupon code to access the course.
  • We are a registered Training Organization in Washington State
  • Our trainers provide the needed accreditation for annual credit hours in Washington, Oregon & Texas. Approved courses for each state are noted in the course description. 
  • We are approved to provide Set One and Set Two vetted trainings in Oregon. 
  • As we are approved in other states and countries that information will be posted.
  • We provide Annual Training Hours, Pre-requisite training (as it comes available) and National courses (as they become available) and courses simply for ongoing learning (no credit, as they become available)
  • Yes!
  • As long as you successfully complete the course and pass the quiz.
  • As long as you have provided us with your MERIT registry number.
  • Your completion will be registered within 7 days of completion, the state allows us 30 days for registration.
  • The course is available for 1 year from the date of your order.
  • After one year you may need to re-order the course.
  • We update courses regularly, so if you delay there may be new information you will need to access to complete the course.
  • We encourage you to complete courses in a timely manner. Some states require completion based on the date of employment. Check with your local licensing requirements for this time frame.
  • All courses are validated for completion before submitting completion into State Registries. (based on State requirements.)
