Pillars of Excellence LLC, is committed to our participant’s privacy. Here you will find the following disclosure of our information gathering and issemination practices for our website. We never sell, rent, loan your information to a third party. All of the information you provide us is considered confidential and will not be disclosed to another party without your permission except under a subpoena in a court of law. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping care and our shopping cart uses cookies to track your shopping cart, both of which are used for the ordering process only. The only information we store for online courses is your name, email address and professional registration if needed to process the documentation of the completed courses you have taken. We do not store your financial information. If we are sending you anything by mail we will need you address to complete the transaction. Participant contact information is used for communicating with you about services we have provided. You may subscribe which will allow us to send you information on upcoming courses, classes, and specials we provide throughout the year.

Our shopping cart uses technology that ensures your personal payment information is kept confidential and secure. Any personal information that you do give us processed over a secure server connection and our secure servers. SSL is the industry standard and the best software available for secure eCommerce transactions.

Online privacy and security is very important to us. We collect only the information required to use our services such as name, email address, phone number and registration number. Unless you designate otherwise, your information will be only known to you and Pillars of Excellence LLC. We will always ask you before providing this information to any other person. Your information can deleted from our site and servers upon your request at any time.

Content published on Pillars of Excellence is accessible by all visitors. However, certain Pillars of Excellence features and services may require registration. Users may register (“sign-up”) on-site (for example, at https://pillarsofexcellence.org. Upon signing-up, an account is created for the user (“Account”). All active user accounts have the capability complete courses, webinars and other services.

Users are required to provide part or all of the following information below, depending on the features or services they wish to access.

Registration number if course completion requires us to verify passing the course.

User profiles are not public by default. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile. You should not add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available. Community chat will allow others to see your profile name and identifying information. Such as other online social media sites.

5. eLearning Industry does its utmost to secure communications and data storage in order to protect confidentiality of your Information against loss and interception by third parties. However, it is important to know that there is no zero-risk against loss or interception by others of your Information. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account’s username and password.

6. Storage of Information

We save your Information in our database in order to improve our Website’s and user experience and in accordance with our TOS. If you wish that your Information be permanently deleted from our database when you stop using our Services, please notify us at info@pillarsofexcellence.org

Pillars of Excellence is a United States (US) company. If you are located outside the US and choose to provide information to us, Pillars of Excellence transfers your Information to our servers in the US. The US may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the Information.
