Taking care of yourself is so very important! Your work, your life, and situations beyond your control can cause anxiety and stress. As caregivers, it is so easy to always put the needs of others first. This eventually causes burn out and sometimes resentment. Take time to care for yourself, so you are able to take care of others.

When you are in a care giving profession it can be physically and emotionally exhausting. Over time this can lead to caregiver burnout.
